Shipping Information

Our Online store is open 24hours, 7 Days a week. Orders are processed between Tuesday and Sunday (excluding public holidays and Christmas closure).

In stock items ordered before 2pm Tuesday to Thursday are normally processed the same day. (Excludes bank transfer payments).

Orders sent via Interparcel are picked up and delivered by the courier between Monday and Friday.

We endeavour to have products on our website in stock. Should you place an order for an item that is regrettably out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Packages travel via the Interparcel (https://au.interparcel.com) network or Australia Post. Signature may be required on delivery so please ensure someone is available to take possession of package.

We can deliver to a PO Box but goods must fit into a 5Kg Australia Post satchel. If goods do not fit then extra freight charges will apply. We will notify you of extra cost before processing order. Delivery to PO Box can take up to 3 days longer than the delivery times below.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Unfortunately we are not accepting international orders at this time.
